For each chakra world, an image has been created that captures the atmosphere of the respective energy center. These images are available here for free download, along with the appendix to the book, which summarizes the key themes per chakra and starting points for energetic harmonization.
The Chakras
The chakra system is a tool that does not need to be acquired or earned.
It was given to all of us.
Chakras are energy and consciousness vortices in your subtle body. The transmission of chakra teachings comes from the Indian yoga tradition, but you do not need to be a yogi to perceive your energy centers.
The seven main chakras vibrate along your spine and provide their energy to your various bodily functions, as well as your psychological and spiritual processes. Especially when you are on a quest for meaning and ask yourself, "Who am I? Where do I come from? What am I here for?", engaging with your energy system will help you sense the personal answers to these questions. Each chakra holds spiritual-energetic lessons for you.
We are in transition to an age of higher consciousness – the knowledge of our energy centers should long be taught in school. You have come ino this world with a wonderful tool to help you become more aware of yourself and actively shape the future. Use it; it is your birthright.

The Author
Nadja Allam, born in 1969 in Switzerland, has been interested in questions that go beyond the material since childhood. She enjoyed her first chakra meditation at the age of 20. This experience was formative and opened her up to her further life path. Through her trainings as a Reiki Grandmaster and certified Energy Therapist, she delved deep into the subject of chakras. She holds a multidimensional view of the world and humanity.
Her classical educational path led her from studying economics to corporate communications, where she has worked for over two decades. As a person responsible for internal communication in an international company, she sets herself the goal to convey complex topics in the most vivid and comprehensible way possible.
The ability to explain things and the desire to contribute to the collective shift in consciousness have merged in "Chakras – The Awakening". The idea for the book appeared in a dream, including the call to realize it. Well then.
